Focused tools built to remove friction from stores.

Tech, tools and apps don’t grow a business. Using them for the right business goal does. When the off-the-shelf option is bloated, slow or solves the wrong problem, I build a narrower one. Each of these came out of real execution work, not a product roadmap.

Most store audits take days and still miss the obvious leaks.

It reads a store's homepage, collection and product pages and checks them against the conversion patterns I look for in a manual audit. Instead of a vague list of opinions, an operator gets a prioritised view of where attention, clarity or trust is breaking down — so the first fix is the one that actually moves revenue.

Bundle apps often add weight, break layouts or fight the theme.

A bundle builder that lets a store create guided bundles, Buy X Get Y and volume offers from products already in the catalogue, and place them where they belong on the page. The point is to test basket-building offers without slowing the store down or disturbing the checkout flow that already works.

Nobody knows what the apps installed two years ago still touch.

It lists the apps on a store, what customer and order data each one can reach, and which ones carry the most risk or leftover weight. That turns an invisible pile of permissions into a decision list: keep, replace or remove — before an app quietly costs you speed, privacy or trust.

Quick Product ActionsGoogle Chrome extension

Routine catalogue work eats hours through tab-switching alone.

A browser extension that copies a product's ID, handle or URL and duplicates products straight from the admin list. Small by design — it removes the repeated clicks and copy-paste mistakes that make merchandising and QA work slower than the thinking behind it.

Have a workflow problem no app solves cleanly?

The same thinking applies to your store: pick the tool that serves the business goal, and build only what nothing else does properly. Tell me where the friction is and I’ll tell you whether it needs an app, a fix or something built.
